**Refund and Return Policy**
At Asheville living, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our refund and return policy.
**Returns**
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. A return request shall be raised within the said timeframe to our email at ashevilleliving@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return/replacement and supporting images if applicable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
· We will schedule a reverse pickup from your address on a mutually agreed date.
· If reverse pickup is not available at your PIN code, you must self-ship the product to our warehouse within 48 hours of raising the request.
· Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
**Refunds**
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7days, depending on your card issuer's/Bank's policies.
**Exchanges**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately.
Replacement is offered only once per order and for the same product.
Replacements are subject to availability of the item.
If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.
